Whereas, in case of any complaint/issues we have a 30 days Exchange and 10 Days Return Policy. You just have to contact us via website or email (info@thesailsmen.pk) and register your complain, so that our team can contact you to resolve the issue.

**Due to hygiene issues Boxer shorts can not be returned or exchanged**

Once our team contact’s you please send the parcel back to our address. Once we receive the parcel, our team will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything is found to be in order, we will proceed with the requested action.

For returns, we will refund the order amount within 5 working days, excluding delivery charges wherever applicable. And for exchanges, we will send out your desired size or article, as per availability, to you as soon as possible.

Also make sure that the Return/Exchange items are unused and in their original packing with all the tag cards intact.

Items purchased in Sale/Promotions are not applicable for return but can be exchanged.
