Buying products online gives a totally different shopping experience than physical in-store shopping. So, while

All the products listed on the website are subject to availability and we may not be able to fulfill your
order in case of unavailability.
The delivery time communicated to the customers is only an estimate and actual delivery time may depend on a
number of factors.
The color of the products being shown on the Website may slightly differ than actual due to a number of
reasons including your screen setting.
The Sailsmen reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
Return and Exchange
For us, customer satisfaction is our first priority and we really hope that our products exceed the expectations of
our customers. Whereas, in case of any complaint/issues we have a 30 days Exchange and 10 Days Return Policy. You
just have to contact us via website or email (info@thesailsmen.pk) and register your complain, so that our team can
contact you to resolve the issue.
**Due to hygiene issues Boxer shorts can not be returned or exchanged**
Once our team contact’s you please send the parcel back to our address. Once we receive the parcel, our team will
inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything is found to be in order, we will
proceed with the requested action.
For returns, we will refund the order amount within 5 working days, excluding delivery charges wherever applicable.
And for exchanges, we will send out your desired size or article, as per availability, to you as soon as possible.
Also make sure that the Return/Exchange items are unused and in their original packing with all the tag cards
intact.
Items purchased in Sale/Promotions are not applicable for return but can be exchanged.
